Color of the year Marsala in Sephora+Pantone Universe palette (with swatches)

Pantone announced color of the year 2015: MARSALA 18-1438.

This color is described on their website as a 'naturally robust and earthy wine red'
Beautiful color, I love it a lot, so I was very excited to find out that Sephora came out with a whole Marsala inspied line including an eyeshadow palette that I got for myself (retails for $39).

I like the packaging: very sleek and sturdy + it has a giant mirror inside.
It has 24 shadows including 4 different finishes of Marsala (matt, satin, metallic, glitter) and other shades that compliment Marsala (also in different finishes). Size of the shadows is very small, only 0,017 oz.

I really like the concept of their color choices, but this palette is not smth you will take for travel. I feel like it misses good highlight shades. The one that is in there called Autumn Blonde sucks.
This is a palette to play with.
Quality of shadows is inconsistent, some of them are creamy and soft, others create a lot of fall out.
In general I would say that the blending ability is average, but staying power is great. Matt and metallic finish shadows are pretty decent. Glitter ones are a nightmare.
My favorite shades are: Deep Taupe, Marsala Metallic, Chutney, Russet, Hot chocolate and Castor Gray.  6 out of 24. Is it too bad? No, I don't regret buying this palette, I don't hate it as much to return, but at the same time now I am seriously thinking I probably wouldn't buy it if I could go back in time.

And now the swatches:
Cocoa brown, Shifting sand, Marsala satin, Marsala matt, Toasted nut, Autumn blonde_which you can't really see

Dusty olive, Kelp, Marsala glitter, Marsala metallic, Deep taupe, Burro

Moonlight blue, Nimbus cloude, Chutney, Macaroon, Butterum, Desert mist
